Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free trial

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with the full product. Cancel any time during the trial and you owe nothing — no payment details are charged.

Monthly subscriptions

• Cancel any time from your account or by contacting us; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
• You keep full access until that date. No partial-month refunds.

Annual subscriptions

• Within the first 60 days: cancel for a pro-rata refund of the unused full months.
• After 60 days: cancellation stops renewal; the remaining term stays active. We'll happily convert remaining value to service credit for a future period instead.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

Write to us within 30 days of the charge. Verified billing errors and duplicate payments are refunded in full to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of confirmation.

Service-failure refunds

If a verified fault on our side keeps the service materially unusable (excluding faults of your premises' network, power or cameras), we will, on request, credit or refund on a pro-rata basis for the days the service could not be used.

Email billing@sauceit.ai from your registered account email with your organisation name. We acknowledge within 3–5 business days.
