What does "per camera" mean exactly?
Your subscription is a number of kitchen (PPE) cameras and a number of cafeteria cameras. That count is what you can add while onboarding — a 20-camera site that subscribes 6 kitchen cameras monitors 6. You choose which physical cameras carry which subscription, per location.
Can one location have both kitchen and cafeteria cameras?
Yes — a location can be a kitchen (PPE cameras only), a cafeteria (billing cameras only), or both under one roof, e.g. 5 kitchen cameras + 3 cafeteria cameras. Mix freely across locations in your Kitchenspace.
Can one camera run both modules?
Yes — subscribe that camera as both a kitchen and a cafeteria camera; the two prices add up (₹5,498/month monthly, ₹4,498/month on the annual offer).
How does the free trial work?
Sign up, connect your cameras, and use the full product for 7 days — every module, no payment details, no sales call required. If you don't continue, it simply expires; nothing is charged.
What is the annual introductory offer?
Pay annually and lock introductory pricing: kitchen (PPE) cameras at ₹1,499/month (regular ₹2,999) and cafeteria cameras at ₹2,999/month (regular ₹4,999). On monthly billing the prices are ₹1,999 and ₹3,499. All prices + GST as applicable.
Do I need new hardware or biometrics?
No new hardware — Sauceit works on your existing CCTV/NVR; a small connector program runs on one PC in your network. And no biometric enrollment ever: no fingerprints, no face registration, no coupons.
How are customers outside India billed?
In USD, at introductory pricing: kitchen (PPE) cameras $40/camera/month (regular $50) and cafeteria cameras $50/camera/month (regular $60). Indian customers are billed in INR + GST. Use the ₹/$ switch above to see your prices.
What about 25+ cameras or multiple kitchens?
